Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted on regular priced products, not sale items. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of your package delivery date. Item(s) must be in original unused condition and all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. The item(s) must be in original condition, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging.

You have 7 days from receiving the order to request a return and postmark it back in the mail.

To request a return, please contact us directly. Once a request has been received, we will email you a return label. Once the return has been received by us, your refund — less return shipping charges — will be made. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Your order will be refunded within 2 business days of arriving at our fulfillment center. Please note that we will not process refunds more than fourteen (14) days after the date of purchase (not the date of shipment).

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of receiving your merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition and all tags, cards, boxes, and/or pouches must be included with your return. Any unauthorized returns (including returns without a return form), undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after seven (7) days of receipt by the customer will be refused and the item(s) returned to sender.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs or must purchase a return label through our return request process.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

If a package is received and is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery so we can contact the shipping company and proceed accordingly. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damages prior to shipment, it is your responsibility to check the product promptly upon arrival to ensure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods may be returned for a full refund or replacement, with all such returns subject to these Terms of Use. Goods damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted for refund.

Our hours of operation are Monday – Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Normal processing time for orders is approximately 24–36 business hours.
